What’s new in COD Season 6?

With Call of Duty Mobile Season 6: To the Skies out now, we thought it would be a good time to give you some insight into what has come to pass in this new season.

Strap in and prepare for takeoff as Season 6: To the Skies arrives for Call of Duty: Mobile. The new season brings the Favela Multiplayer map, a new Battle Pass featuring a new weapon, plus the introduction of the Jackal to Battle Royale, allowing Operators to take the pilot’s seat and engage in epic aerial dogfights.

Season 6 offers a brand-new Battle Pass, including free and premium items like new Operators, a new functional weapon, Weapon Blueprints, Calling Cards, Charms, COD Points, and more.

The Call of Duty Mobile Season 6 will include a brand new battle pass for its players. Users will be able to access both new and premium features. Some of the features will include charms, Call of Duty points, a new set of weapons, new operators, and so much more. For the free battle pass, gamers will be able to access an SMG at Tier 21, as seen on the official website. They will also receive additional benefits such as free camos and weapon blueprints. For the premium battle pass, there’s a lot of content to be accessed and additional rewards like the new weapon blueprints, the new KSP 45, and so much more.

At Tier 21, access a precision SMG in the form of the three-round burst KSP 45. Other free rewards this season include a variety of camos, Weapon Blueprints, and the Sky Sentry Calling Card at Tier 50.

Premium Pass Tiers

Purchase the Battle Pass for the chance to earn all the content available in the To the Skies stream, including Wraith — Disruptor, Reyes — SCAR Pilot, Sophia — Shadow, and the tactical robot Ethan — Flying Sharks. Other premium rewards include new Weapon Blueprints for the Man-O-War, Chicom, JAK-12, Locus, and the new KSP 45.

COD Mobile Season 6: New Map

Based on the Call of Duty®: Ghosts iteration of this classic map, Favela is a multitiered environment set in the slums of Rio de Janeiro. Battle in close quarters along its winding streets, watch for snipers in the rubble, and utilize the map’s labyrinthine layout to flank your opponents and drive the objective home. The medium-sized map harbors elements for all playstyles, favoring a balance of tactical and rapid-fire engagements.

The Call of Duty Mobile will be getting some major additions with some jackals coming to the Battle Royale. You can now use jets to fight off and destroy enemies. In Call of Duty Season 6, players get fully functional jets with missiles, decoys, and a Gatling gun. They also get to see other players, like their opponents and their friends, while also flying their jets in the skies.

Gear up for some intense dogfights as Jackals are deployed around the Battle Royale environment. Search out new landing strips to engage with the new jets, fully equipped with missiles, decoys, and a Gatling Gun. While flying, your HUD will display other jets, whether enemy-controlled or friendly controlled or non-manned. Adjust your speed and engage in aerial combat to mark your supremacy in the skies.

Get Rewards in the JACKAL: Fueled Up Themed Event

Help the Operator Alias — Roboticist fuel and upgrade her jet by completing daily tasks for upgrade tokens. Collect fuel in Multiplayer or Battle Royale and receive rewards as Alias travels greater distances throughout the event. The faster her Jackal’s acceleration bonus, the quicker she’ll get around on mission duty, leading to ever greater prizes, including the Epic KN-44 – Silver Jet.

COD Mobile Season 6: New Seasonal Challenges 

Earn up to 30,000 Battle XP as you complete new Seasonal Challenges offering rewards like the new functional weapon the L-CAR 9, new Weapons Blueprints and Operator Skins. You can also unlock the SP-R 208 – Top Turtle.

COD Mobile Season 6: Store Update Alias Leads a New Set of Draws

Alias — Roboticist leads the new season in a Legendary Character Draw featuring her and a Legendary Weapon Blueprint for the new automatic Pistol, as well as other key items like Alias’s Wrench, and a Tank Skin.

Other Season 6 Draws include Operators like Kryptis — Sky’s Fury, Stitch — Carbon Sentinel, Nikto— Devil’s Legion, Firebreak — Magmageddon, and Nyx — Dragoon. Draw Weapon Blueprints for the KRM-262, M13, KSP 45, and the LK24. Get these along with plenty of supporting assets and take to the skies in style.

COD Mobile Season 6: Release Date

Call of Duty Mobile was launched on June 29 at 5 p.m. PT. Sales will be going live from July 3 to July 24, 2022. There will be discounts on various purchases, starting at 10% to 35% off on each of these days.
